It is amazing to me what we read almost daily in the news today about the housing market. Monday 10/19/09, I read an auction held in the Chicago area during the weekend. Someone seven bedrooms, three baths, your dream home sold for $ 7000.00. Another approach has been adopted by all investors in an amount Only $ 1000.00 drawing a reaction of one observer, "God, you think someone would have bought and rented to a person eligible for a monthly rent of $ 600.00 off the federal government.
The National Board of Realtors reported home sales increased in months. However, they still are playing by their relationship as for the first quarter of 2008, which were seized for 78% of sales in Stockton, California. The Council of Realtors is still offering an increase in sales of the last nine months, but those are really sales? I thought I share with you a brief article in the Wall Street Journal, reflecting the type of sales are;
Seizures are flooding the market
The U.S. housing market Foreclosure is awash in power management of the trust funds of the pools of securitized mortgages.
Trusts sold six times more properties than the banks during the six months ended March 31. The average property sold for 69 percent of the original loan, according to data compiled mostly in the Atlanta area by the Intelligence Google Analytics Data Corp. is a real estate company.

This does not mean in any way sold, but not valid, because they are. These sales are in fact the only way this inflated housing market and bad credit situation may correct itself managed alone.
Creative loans with rates as low, little or no support has enabled many buyers to enter this market several times on his way heads, when rates started moving up or the balloon is due, problems have arisen. These new buyers have helped sellers trade unnecessarily, often in something, perhaps in the head. All this trade is just beginning to creating an artificial wind tunnel of a contract, until reality set and the system of "response stopped short. The highest rates of success, the balloon was due NOD (notice of default) have been presented and new buyers as the credit dry conditions over high and so does the reporting requirements. So the situation we are today.
